a. Pickup time in SIC transfers is subject to change +/- 30mins. However, please be ready and available for pickup at the mentioned time as the coach will not wait for more than 5 minutes for the guest. b. Maximum waiting time for any PVT transfer is 20 mins. If the wait time exceeds the 20 mins mark additional waiting charges will be applicable. c. We will not be responsible to process refund for any unutilized services.
