Coach can be driven for maximum 12 hours per day between 08h00-21h00. Drivers’ meals and accommodation are included but not tips.

All current taxes are included in this offer (VAT, city permits, road taxes, visitor taxes, fuel charges and any other applicable charges), with the exception of city taxes in Italy, which will have to be paid on the spot by the guests or by the tour leader and vary from €3-€5 per person per day and are dependent on the hotel booked. Should hotels and/or governmental or regulatory bodies impose further charges of any kind on current taxes, then Europe Incoming will be obliged to adjust the rates accordingly
Rates are not valid for travel during trade fairs or special events.
Standard check-in time at the hotels is 16h00 and standard check out time is 10h00.
Breakfast taken before 07h00 hours may incur a supplement.
The coach services are per group and not for individual travel. All arrivals, departures and services are applicable for a group booking only.
During the tour, if the group is more than 15 minutes late the guides may leave, attractions may refuse entry and restaurants might refuse to serve.
Tour leaders cannot change the number of pax on the vouchers. All changes have to be made through Europe Incoming. Restaurants may be repeated on tour
Iced tap water will be served during meals and any other drinks have to be paid for/settled on the spot by the clients.
Child rates are applicable for 1 child (0-11yrs old) only, sharing a room with 2 full paying adults. Different pricing will apply for family rooms that can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children - these rooms are subject to availability.
As per European safety and driving laws all passengers, including the tour leader have to be seated with safety belts tightened when the vehicle/coach is in motion. Any passengers not following the safety rule will do so at their own risk. Rayaan Holidays will not be held responsible for any consequences followed thereafter.

Cancellation Policy:

All the services viz. airlines, hotel accommodation, transfers etc for a group tour are pre blocked and hence we are liable to pay the suppliers in case of cancellation of the tour. Below is the description of the cancellation charges against the no of day prior to which the tour is cancelled by the pax:
